Package Your Items

Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached and the return form is included inside.

Affix the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old delivery stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
